Iwuchukwu Amara Tochi
haiz...sometimes i wonder if the law court in singapore has the ability to recognize the right from wrong. or should i say if singpore is a country wif flexibilities...u all may not know who is 'Iwuchukwu Amara Tochi', if u bother to read this link >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iwuchukwu_Amara_Tochi u will noe how tragic his life is...
and if u read this link >> http://www.amara-tochi.de/Interview_with_Tochi.doc u can somehow tells that this pathetic 19 or 21 year old(some site put 19 and some put 21) boy may have been innocent...that this 'Mr. Smith' actually exist....seriously dont understand y do they compare this case with the vietnamese australian guy 'Van Tuong Nguyen', it is a totally 2 different case!!see the link to understand >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nguyen_Tuong_Van
i really feel so sorry for this nigerian boy...can i say that he was being murder 'legally'?its such a disappoinment that the burden of proof is being thrown to him for him to prove that he did not genuinely know that is a controlled drug!!singapore is adopting a 'presumed guilty until proven innocent' doctrine then...
if u read the 2nd link and all the way to the end...dun u find it inhumane to watch an innocent young boy's life being taken away while he was pleading for mercy??and ironically the law keeps the order and peace within the country when, objectively, an innocent life is lost....
WHAT THE FUCK??KNOWING IT THAT MAY NOT BE GUILTY BUT A ENTENCE OF DEATH???CAN U FUCKING SYMPATHIZE THIS POOR LAD WHO I BELIEVE THAT HE HAS BEEN CHEATED INTO THIS TRADE...!!!!
